San Paulo Olive Farm produces exceptional extra virgin olive oil on a small estate located on the beautiful Central Coast of California. Our goal is to uphold the tradition of providing the finest certified oil to discerning customers, friends, and family alike.
John Ryan
John Ryan is long time resident of central coast California and his home is on acreage in Atascadero, California. He planted his first trees in 2008 and enjoys farming the trees with the help of his dachshunds… adorning the labels.
The orchard is planted in two Italian/Tuscan varietals. They are Leccino and the Frantoio trees. It is well known that these varietals, when combined, produce a great, versatile, user-friendly oil.
